Remap controls for a single game

While in game press your coin button + B at the same time
scroll down to "Controls" and press B button

scroll to Port 1 Controls and press B button
scroll to Y button (Left) and press B button
choose last option on bottom (the three dashes ---) and press B button
scroll to R Button ( Shoulder) and press B Button
scroll to Button 3 and choose it with B Button

scroll to Port 2 Controls and press B button
scroll to Y button (Left) and press B button
choose last option on bottom (the three dashes ---) and press B button
scroll to R Button ( Shoulder) and press B Button
scroll to Button 3 and choose it with B Button

back out once by pressing A button once
scroll up to Manage Remap Files and press B Button
scroll to Save Game Remap File and press B Button
Back out by pressing A button twice
scroll to top and press Resume with B button.
